The nature of my work requires me to find the solutions for my clients. That means that for a grate result an open dialogue with the client is crucial. From years of experience I learned that is the only way I can come up with appropriate and right solution. The language we speak and the vocabulary me and my client use to speak to the consumers should be our common, above all, understandable to all users.
